A drone cannot feel a bruised shingle. A person can.
Drone and satellite imaging has become common in the roofing industry because it is fast and cheap. The problem is that it produces surface-level images that miss the details a claims file requires. Soft shingle bruising, broken seal strips, subtle granule loss patterns, pipe boot condition. These are tactile and visual findings that only a trained inspector physically on the roof can document accurately.
Our inspections are done by hand, on your roof, every time. HAAG certified, documented to insurance standards, and honest about what we find. If there is nothing to report, we tell you that. If there is, you will have a file that holds up. Why manual inspection matters for your claim.
Free inspection. Real answers. No agenda.
What Gets Inspected
Every surface, every system, every time.
A complete roof inspection covers more than just shingles. Here is what we assess on every visit.
Shingle Condition
Impact marks, granule loss, blistering, cracking, curling, and seal strip integrity. We assess every slope and document condition by location. This is the primary evidence in any storm damage claim.
Soft Metal Components
Pipe boots, ridge vents, flashing around chimneys and walls, drip edge, and step flashing. Soft metals show hail and wind damage more clearly than shingles and are critical documentation points in a claim.
Gutters and Downspouts
Hail impact marks on gutters establish strike size and density. We document all gutter damage and cross-reference it with shingle findings to build a complete picture of the storm event.
Decking and Structure
Where surface damage suggests potential decking compromise, we note it. Soft spots, visible decking damage at eaves, and structural sagging are all documented if present.
Ventilation
Ridge vents, soffit vents, and attic ventilation are assessed. Compromised ventilation shortens shingle life and can create moisture problems that look like damage from the inside.
Flashing and Seals
Every penetration and transition point is a potential entry point for water. We inspect and document the condition of all flashing and sealant around chimneys, skylights, and walls.
Is This Right for You
More homeowners than you might think have never had their roof professionally inspected.
After a Storm
You heard hail. You saw branches down. You are not sure if your roof was affected.
This is the most common reason homeowners call us. A free inspection tells you within an hour whether you have a claim worth pursuing. No inspection means no documentation if damage shows up later.
Before You Sell
Your buyer is going to have an inspection done anyway. Know what they are going to find.
A pre-sale roof inspection lets you address issues before they become negotiation points. If there is storm damage, you may have a claim that pays for repairs before you list. We can tell you what is there.
Peace of Mind
You have not had the roof looked at in a few years and you just want to know where things stand.
There is no obligation attached to a free inspection. We get up, we look, we tell you what we see. If everything is fine, you know that. If something needs attention, you have options.

HAAG certified.
Manual. Every time.
Our inspection standard was built for insurance claims. That means it is thorough enough for anything.
