Most homeowners go through a storm damage claim once or twice in their lives. We have spent careers inside the industry learning how those claims work, what gets approved, and why things go wrong. RSG Construction exists to put that knowledge on the homeowner's side.
How We Started
From the roof as a laborer to running every inspection ourselves.
Our founder grew up in roofing. Started as a laborer, went back to school, and came back to the industry through the sales side. Learned the craft of storm damage assessment, became a sales manager, worked in Denver, and eventually decided to build something of his own. RSG Construction started with the conviction that this industry could be done more honestly.
Along the way that meant learning the insurance side of the business at a level most roofing contractors never reach. Working with adjusters. Understanding how estimates get written, where claims get minimized, and what documentation actually holds up. That knowledge became the foundation of how we work.
We are not a large company. We have kept it that way deliberately. This industry has a pattern — grow fast, hire a lot, lose control of quality, and either collapse or rebrand. We watched it happen around us. We chose a different path. Smaller. More accountable. Every job getting the same attention it would if it were the only job we had.
What Makes Us Different

Insurance adjusters are trained to document damage to a specific standard. They know what qualifies, what does not, and where the line is. Most roofing contractors have never been on that side of the process. They inspect a roof the way a roofer inspects a roof — looking for damage they can fix. That is not the same as inspecting a roof the way an adjuster looks at it.

We know how to be present at an adjuster meeting in a way that is professional, specific, and effective. That knowledge lives inside our inspection process. It is not a sales pitch.
